JEFF DENOMME
CEO + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
At 19, Jeff did a full cannonball into entrepreneurship, starting his first business, Fathom Clothing, a streetwear brand inspired by the skateboard/punk rock scene of the early 2000s. Despite an almost non-existent budget and no social media (Zuck had yet to bring Facebook to the masses), Jeff quickly networked with some of the most sought after musical acts of the time, leading him to travel North America on the Vans Warped Tour.
Bandmates wore Fathom t-shirts during live shows and even sported them in their music videos that played on MTV.
As he matured, Jeff moved to Vancouver, BC and started his next venture, the art brand, Haunted Zoo. Jeff became a featured artist at the Telus Ski & Snowboard Festival, which led to opportunities to collaborate with Volcom, Toms, Land Yachts and Collective Arts Brewing, to name a few.
Inspired by his love of playing around in the kitchen and creating his own recipes, Jeff then launched his third brand, Papa D’s Hot Sawce. Just a few short months after the launch, Papa D’s was a requested item for the Toronto International Film Festival celebrity handbags. When Jeff inquired as to why Papa D’s had been selected, he was told that, “It has A-list branding”.
Here at Hot Hive Branding & Design Studio, Jeff is able to work with other entrepreneurs and help bring their businesses to the next level. His brand identity work is recognized for its minimalism and clever elements.
With proper design and branding, Jeff creates buzz with every project he touches.
